1. The information we collect about you

 

1.1 When you place an order on our website (or via our order form), we will ask you to input and will collect personal information from you such as

your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address and telephone number so that we can process and fulfil your order.

 

1.2 When placing an order on our website you will also be asked to provide credit or debit card information. Your card details (in addition to your

personal information and order details) are processed through our order processing facilities are protected by encryption through a 128bit Secured

Socket Layer (SSL) secure server. Your details (which include your personal information, order details and card details) are used by us to process your

payment through HSBC Bank plc. and to fulfil your order.

 

1.3 We may also collect information about you when you contact us via email or letter.

 

1.4 Our website does not store or capture personal information but merely logs the user's IP address (Internet Protocol: standard allowing data to be

transmitted between two devices) which is automatically recognised by the web server. Our website does not use cookies. However, when using our

online store cookies are used to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected items. A cookie is a small text file that is

stored on your computer that collects information from your browser on the items you are purchasing. Our Paypal supported shopping cart requires that

you accept cookies in order for the cart to work properly.

 

 

2. How we use your information

2.1 Information we gather (as detailed above in Section 1) about you is used to: help us provide the best possible service, process any orders you may

place with us, run competitions and provide you with information about products and services we offer.

As detailed in Sections 2 and 3, we do not pass on any of your personal information to any third parties and all information we hold about you is kept

strictly confidential. However, if we are requested by the police or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal

If this business is sold or integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their
